IN TOWN: Design week day 4

Il tour-no-stop dedicato al design è sempre più pieno di eventi, feste, mostre e progetti meravigliosi, e non importa se piove, piove, piove... Per questa pagina dedicata alla quarta giornata ho scelto i miei progetti preferiti che ho visto girando tra Via San Vittore (spazio Rossana Orlandi e Museo delle Scienze), Via Manzoni, Via Sant'Andrea e la Stazione Centrale. Eccoli!

The design-turn-over is still full of events, happenings, exhibitions and great projects, doesn't matter that it rains and rains, and rains... IN TOWN: Design week day 2

Tutte queste foto le ho scattate all'interno dei chiostri dell'Università Statale di Milano, dove molti designer e architetti hanno esposto le loro installazioni con una coreografia stupenda. Da non perdere!

I have done all these pics in the special location Università Statale, a very old and beautiful building where there is the most important and biggest University of Milan. Here many designers and architects have exposed their projects with a very special choreography. Don't miss it!

IN TOWN: Design week -1

Ci siamo, è arrivata! Finalmente inizia la nuova edizione del Salone del mobile, l'evento dedicato al design più atteso e famoso dell'anno. Ci saranno designer, aziende, buyer, giornalisti e anche semplicemente amanti del design e collezionisti arrivati per l'occasione da tutte le parti del mondo. Tutti i negozi, showroom, studi, bar diventano luoghi per esposizioni, mostre live e feste a tutte le ore. Ed eccomi quindi pronta in veste di inviata speciale ;)

Here we are, the time has come! Finally is going to start again the new edition of Salone del mobile, the most famous and crazy design week of the year. There will be designers, design companies, buyers, journalists and just simply design lovers and collectors from all over the world. All the shops, showrooms, bars, studios become an open-air live shows and no-stop parties. So, I'm ready as your special reporter, stay tuned ;)

IN TOWN: Breath in the night

Questa sera stavo tornando a casa, ho tagliato la strada passando per il parco e ho fatto queste foto. C'era una pace meravigliosa, come una parentesi magica fatta di silenzio dove finalmente potevo respirare senza pensare a niente, per un momento, solo io e la natura intorno. Semplicemente perfetto. Così come magico sembrava lo strano edificio del Planetario, con le sue grandi colonne classicheggianti e tutte quelle stelle sul muro.

This evening I was going back home and I shortened the street going across the park and I took these pics. There was a such beautiful peace, a sort of silent and magic bracket where finally breath and stop thinking for a while, just me and the nature. Simply perfect. And magic looked the strange and old building of the Planetarium with its classical columns and big stars on the wall.
