La prima volta che ho visto l'appartamento in vendita mi sono subito piaciute tante cose: la luce che entrava dalle ampie finestre, gli stucchi in tutte le stanze, gli spazi ben distribuiti e il piccolo balcone. Era davvero piccolo, con la balaustra in ferro battuto e le piastrelle consunte, ma mi sembrava perfetto! Quando poi ho comprato l'appartamento l'ho subito riempito di piccole piante con fiori rosa e bianchi. Lo so che in confronto ai terrazzi dei miei vicini, pieni di piante tropicali e fiori rarissimi (e costosi), i miei non sono nulla, ma a me sembrano semplicemente stupendi ;)
The first time I saw the flat that I wanted to buy I liked many things: the light coming from the big windows, the stucco decorations in all the rooms, the nice dimension of the rooms and the small balcony. It was really small, with wrought iron balustrade and old tiles, but it looked to me perfect! Then, when I bought the flat, I filled the balcony with small pink and white flowering plants. Ok, I know that my small balcony in comparison with the balconies of my neighbours, such full of tropical and very rare (and expensive) flowers, is nothing, but mine looks at me simply wonderful ;)
