Una delle cose che mi piace di Milano è quella di camminare nelle sere d'estate per strada e sentire il profumo del gelsomino! Lo so, può sembrare strano, Milano è famosa per essere una città molto inquinata, eppure, basta andare nelle vie secondarie per sentire il profumo dei gelsomini che inondano i balconi dei palazzi. L'altro giorno stavo leggendo un vecchio ricettario di mia nonna e ho trovato una ricetta deliziosa: la bavarese al gelsomino! Ho chiesto alla mia vicina di casa di regalarmi un po' di quei fiori profumatissimi e voilà: la bavarese più buona del mondo! Grazie nonna :)
One of the things I like more of Milan is to walk in the streets in the evening during the Summer and breathe the scent of jasmin! I now, it sounds strange, Milan is famous for being a very polluted town, but if you walk in the secondary roads you can breath the scent of jasmins that are in the balconies of the buildings. The other day, in my grandmother's recipe book I discovered a delicious recipe: jasmin bavarian! So I asked to my neighbour some of those very sweet-smelling flowers and voilà: cooked and ready-to-eat the best bavarian ever! Thanks granny :)
