Noi amiamo il nostro paese (e quando scrivo "noi" intendo noi italiani), soprattutto quando andiamo all'estero, ma allo stesso tempo siamo sempre invidiosi degli altri stati, specie di quelli più ordinati, efficienti ed equilibrati del nostro. Questa sera stavo tornando a casa e in Corso Venezia ho fatto questa foto. E' un antico e grande palazzo e le sue finestre sono illuminate con i colori della nostra bandiera. Sono giunta alla conclusione che sì, possiamo essere sempre pronti a criticare il nostro paese, ma alla fine ne siamo anche fieri.
We love our country (and when I write "we" I mean all we italian), especially when we go abroad, but at the same time we are always envious of the other countries of their order, their efficiency, their perfect balance. This evening I was going back home and in Corso Venezia I took this image. It's an old and big building and its windows have light with the same colours of our flag. So yes, we can find fault with our country, but at the end we are proud of it.
