IBIZA: Me&King Arthur

A Eivissa, nella parte antica della città, ho visto il festival medievale ed è stato come fare un passo nel passato! C’erano bancarelle in stile medievale con cibo, gioielli antichi, manufatti di legno e ovviamente un vasto assortimento di spade, scudi e elmi come quelli di Re Artù e i cavalieri della tavola rotonda! Tutta quella parte della città era decorata con vecchie bandiere, stendardi e tante piccole decorazioni fatte a mano appese fuori della finestre, e anche i vari venditori delle bancarelle indossavano vestiti medievali. Alcuni di loro poi sembravano davvero riesumati dal passato, vedi le foto... Proprio bella questa fiera, la fanno tutti gli anni il secondo weekend di Maggio.

In Eivissa, in the old city, I saw the Middle-Age festival and it has been like a jump in the past! Beautiful middle-age style stalls with food, old jewels, wooden objects and of course great swords, shields and helmets like King Arthur and The Knights of the round table! All the city was decorated with old flags, banners and hand-made decorations, and also the sellers of the stalls were in middle-age style outfits! And some of them looked so real, you can see them in the pics... A very nice festival, it's always the second weekend of May.
